Piston's Progress

Well it has been awhile since the Detroit Pistons have looked this good. Maybe this is the first time they have looked this good. In a word what distinguishes this version of the Pistons is depth . In the majority of the games the play of the bench has had much to do with increasing the gap in points scored, versus points allowed. Instead of the bench just holding their own and giving a breather to the starters, the bench has been taking charge and securing victories. The starters are reinforced with talented players that have bought into playing the "right way".
